Below are a list of links that we have found useful in our search for information.

General Information
ASBAH - Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. These guys have some great info on living with shunts and on hydrocephalus in general.

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia - great page with a lot of info on the different types of fetal hydrocephalus.

Hyman-Newman Institute for Neurology and Neurosurgery - a more in depth site with lots of diagrams.

Preterm Birth
March of Dimes - since your baby may need to be delivered early, this page is helpful in letting you know what to expect if your baby is born at different weeks in your pregnancy.

Toys and Other Useful Products
BeyondPlay.com - Reasonably priced developmental toys and a large selection of special needs products.

EnablingDevices.com - A huge selection of toys and other devices that have been adapted for various disabilities including toys for the visually and/or hearing impaired. I warn you though, the items on this website are not cheap and you may want to see if your insurance will cover any of them.

HealthCareLogistics.com - If you use a large number of oral syringes to dispense medications, you can buy them here in bulk at very reasonable prices. I measure out several weeks' worth of medications at once so that I don't have to fuss with it every day and buying in bulk makes the syringes reasonable enough to do this.

AdaptiveMall.com - These guys sell every special needs product known to man, including strollers, wheelchairs, walkers, you name it. Most of these bigger products are something you will buy through insurance and a local provider, but it is a great place to do research and their prices are very reasonable compared to most other suppliers for the smaller items.
